About The Event

We are pleased to announce the commencement of the Tetso Leadership Programme (TLP) 2026, a Soft Skills Enhancement Certificate Course designed to nurture leadership potential within our student community. The programme aims to equip participants with essential skills and insights required for effective and responsible leadership.

The programme is open to Student Council members (UG), newly appointed Club Coordinators, and all interested students who wish to strengthen their leadership capabilities.

Programme Details:

• Commencement Date: 23rd April 2026 (onwards)
• Venue: Dr. S. Radhakrishnan Lecture Hall

Participants who successfully complete the programme will be awarded a certificate of participation. Kindly note that regular attendance is mandatory, and participation will be recorded for each session.

CONCEPT NOTE:
The Tetso Leadership Programme (TLP) is a certificate course designed to enhance soft skills and nurture future leaders within our student body.  It encompasses individuals in key roles such as Student Council members, Club Coordinators and other interested individuals. 
More than a traditional leadership course, this initiative features engaging discussions, experience sharing, insightful lectures, interactive activities, and practical exercises. Through these experiences, students will gain valuable knowledge and skills essential for effective leadership.
