Four talented students – Nungsangrenla K Ozukum (English), Limeka Yeputho (History), Therali Rebecca S Ezung (Linguistics), and Imlipong Jamir (History) – are currently representing Tetso College at the prestigious Leading Together International Conference in New Delhi. Guided by Assistant Professor of English, Chubamenla, the students are participating in this significant event.
The Leading Together Conference, a collaborative endeavor between the University of Melbourne, Tata Institute of Social Sciences Guwahati, Stella Maris College Chennai, Savitri Phule Pune University, and Tetso College Nagaland, is being held on December 16th and 17th at the Melbourne Global Centre in New Delhi.
This year's conference delves into the critical theme of "Decolonizing Academia," fostering crucial dialogues and embracing marginalized perspectives. Through insightful presentations, students from all participating institutions will critically examine existing academic frameworks, challenge the status quo, and advocate for a more inclusive, equitable, and diverse academic landscape. This thought-provoking theme aims to inspire transformative discussions, paving the way for innovative approaches to education and knowledge sharing.
